• Phone number
• Email address, if you provide one
• Your message, such as the product, quantity and location you are enquiring about

We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial, health or identity document details through this website. Please do not include them in your message.

KhetiQ app

KhetiQ is a farm management app by RPJP Organics. When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to create your account and sign you in, and we also store the farm records you enter in the app.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except with the services that run KhetiQ for us. KhetiQ's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To delete your KhetiQ account and its data, email rpjporganics@gmail.com.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• Respond to your enquiry by phone or email
• Discuss buying or supplying organic produce with you
• Keep a record of our business communications

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox. Your form details pass through their service to reach us.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain an ongoing business relationship, or as required by law. When we no longer need the information, we delete it.
